They were very knowledgeable about availabilities of different loan processes that you could get into and the only real problem we run into was we weren't using a realtor for our loan but they were still able to give us advice on what we needed to do to help us out in the long run...

Better communication as far as documents are concerned. I always needed a new documents or verification every week instead of all at once. That prolonged the process and made it a little more stressful

Docusign! Not being able to read important papers we were having to sign. Being told that not signing could delay closing to get us to sign. Not everyone has computers or trust them.

Docusign was the most cumbersome part of the process. The enormity of the number of documents to be signed from my smart phone caused me to dread the next one. This was the seventh house we have purchased and we know there is much paperwork. But reviewing the documents from a smartphone is cumbersome. I'm sure I didn't understand all that I read. I really would have liked to see and sign an entire page. I know this process makes quick work for you all, and I tried to comply by signing your docusign forms. Had you been in Rock Hill I would have been more than happy to come by to sign. Anyway it's done now...I think. Thanks for the loan.
